Element 93 Cafe

Wooster Hall at SUNY New Paltz

New Paltz, NY

SUNY New Paltz and Campus Auxiliary Services retained Dembling + Dembling Architects, P.C. to develop and implement a new dining concept on the lower level of the renovated Wooster Building. DDA was the prime consultant providing architectural design as well as coordinating structural, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical engineering design consultants.

The new dining facility is approximately 9,000 square feet and includes a kitchen, a food service line, and the seating.

The design approach infuses a contemporary restaurant dining experience into the SUNY New Paltz campus experience.
