This project involved the renovation of the Sherman Dining Hall and accessory spaces to include residential food courts and campus pub.

The renovation involved a total of approximately 12,000 square feet. Two separate food courts kosher and non-kosher food courts, each with multiple action stations. A new multi-purpose room addition was added with a large “party deck” roof. A total of 400 seats were provided with a variety of configurations including standard 4 tops, community tables (up to 12) high-tops, settees and counter seating.

Extensive back-of-house renovations and new code-compliant men's and women's toilet rooms, meeting handicap accessibility requirements, were provided.
